Shipping
We ship our items with lovely eco packaging. We only use recycled bubble wrap when completely necessary. We always aim to dispatch items within 1-3 days of receiving payment. We will let you know in the unlikely event that there is a delay in sending your items.
Returns
Please contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied or have a problem with your item within one week of receiving it. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage. Items returned damaged or outside of the specified time will not be refunded.
